Description
The Discipline of Hiring
Principles and Practice for Leaders Under Pressure
Hiring is one of the most consequential decisions an organisation makes, yet it is too often treated as an administrative process rather than a matter of leadership, governance and accountability.
The Discipline of Hiring examines how organisations can make stronger, more defensible hiring decisions by introducing greater discipline into the way roles are defined, candidates are assessed and decisions are governed.
Written for leaders, hiring managers, founders, recruiters and professionals responsible for organisational decision making, the book brings together practical frameworks, principles and tools designed to strengthen judgement under pressure.
